Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) 999p Account only. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 999p Account username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances. 999p support staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must change your password immediately and notify 999p support.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your 999p Account, whether or not authorised by you. Any bets placed, games played, deposits made, or withdrawals requested through your Account are deemed to have been made by you unless you have notified 999p of a security breach prior to such activity occurring. 999p accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the User has failed to adequately protect their credentials.
999p may at any time require you to complete identity verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. Verification may require submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method verification. Withdrawal requests from verified 999p Accounts are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff. 999p reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method that matches the method used for the most recent deposit, subject to 999p's prevailing withdrawal policy. You warrant that all funds deposited into your 999p Account are from lawful sources and that you are the rightful owner of the funds. Any suspected money laundering, structuring, or fraud will be reported to relevant authorities, and the implicated Account will be suspended immediately with all funds frozen pending investigation.
All bets and wagers placed on 999p are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. It is the User's responsibility to familiarise themselves with applicable rules before placing any bet. 999p reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, on incorrect odds, or where there is clear evidence of a system malfunction.
